F.    Non-public education information (per the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (20 U.S.C. Section 1232g, 34 C.F.R. Part 99)). Education records directly related to a student maintained by an educational institution or party acting on its behalf, such as grades, transcripts, class lists, student schedules, student identification codes, student financial information, or student disciplinary records.

We obtain the personally identifiable information listed above from the following sources:

  • Directly from you; for example, when you contact us through the Website contact form or when you respond to job opportunities available with Verinext.
  • Indirectly from you; for example, from observing your actions on our Website.

Verinext may also collect non-personally identifiable information such as domain information, browser, operating system, date and time, and specific pages you visit as a part of our analysis of the use of the Website. Notwithstanding anything stated to the contrary herein, Verinext will not share your personally identifiable information with third parties for third parties’ direct marketing purposes that are unrelated to Verinext products.

Verinext may share personally identifiable information with companies that provide support services to Verinext, and these companies are not authorized to use personally identifiable information for any purpose other than pursuant to the services provided to Verinext, but Verinext does not control these companies. The Website is not directed to children, and persons under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the Website.
